Globalisation is a fact. The number of people who regularly have contact with business relations with a different cultural background is steadily increasing. The number of people who are asked to work in another country for a longer period of time is continuing to grow. Wavemens trains and coaches expats, repats and other people with an international career. Ingela Seif is the founder of Wavemens. Thanks to her international background she knows better than anyone that living and working in an intercultural setting brings along an enormous wealth, while simultaneously being a huge challenge.
